Shipping

Damaged In Shipping: If your item(s) arrive damaged, save ALL the boxes and packing materials, as well as the items. Then contact me immediately and I will help to resolve the situation. You must save all packing materials in the event that a postal or insurance inspector needs to see them for insurance purposes.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me immediately to inform me and obtain return authorization. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Jewelry will be refunded when returned according to these terms. Item(s) must be returned, to Magik Treazurez, in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, so please pack carefully and insure your packages. The return and refund criteria described above must be met in order to validate your return. In the following cases, a refund or exchange will not be processed, if an item(s) returned is postmarked more than 30 days after you received them, it is not in its original condition, or if you do not contact me to authorize the return. Coupons, shipping fees, and any handling fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Additional Policies and FAQs

Handmade Jewelry Guarantee: I am a jewelry artist and craftswoman, my art work comes with a guarantee. All of my handmade jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days after purchase, if your handmade jewelry breaks in the course of normal wear and care* during that time. I will repair, refund or replace it, or in extreme cases refund the purchase price. I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion, on a case by case basis. Please note that all original gemstones and jewelry pieces must be returned to Magik Treazurez to receive this guarantee.

*Normal wear and care is summarized as follows: Keep jewelry away from scratching, banging, chemicals of all kinds, swimming pools, hot tubs, extreme temps, and intense sunlight. Remove jewelry before doing gardening, cleaning, household repairs or any other strenuous activities. Remove jewelry before swimming bathing, or relaxing in a hot tub. Wipe your jewelry off with a soft cloth after you wear it. Clean it as needed with mildly sudsy water, rinse really well, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
